Residential Services

The studio’s residential projects take cues from the architecture and landscape, so there is always a continuity of the design. The projects are contemporary (modern) in essence with strong organic influences from nature. We hope to achieve harmony by mixing and blending boundaries: calm yet evocative, minimal and lush, modern and timeless.

Fabrication

We offer a full service fabrication studio utilizing both digital fabrication and traditional hand techniques to create a unique hybrid environment.

We specialize in working with designers in a collaborative process and offer our services in all areas of development from conceptual design to fabrication to onsite installation.

Digital Fabrication

We offer advanced CAD/CAM design and fabricating with our in-house laser cutter, 3D printing facilities, and two large CNC tables. Our experience and extensive knowledge ranges from small scales such as jewelry to large complete interiors and detailed architectural fabrications. We offer both 2D flat panel processing and intricate 3D carving capabilities on both CNC machines with sizes up to 5x10ft on our largest table.

Composite Fabrication and Mold Making

Inspired by the characteristics of nearby boat making and Hollywood prop shops, our studio is set up to handle detailed composite fabrication processes and intricate mold making. With in-house tooling and molding facilities, we are experienced in composites, hand layout, vacuum bagging and any size mold creating and forming.

Precision Metal Machining

We offer the ability to draft very accurate and precise CAD drawings and details that can be carried out in-house in our full service metal shop. With many years of experience, our studio is able to offer both computer-aided machining and traditional hand-crafted results and expertise.

Metal Fabrication

Influenced by automobile customization shops, our metal shop is capable of handling all types of metals from Titanium to Stainless Steel to Aluminum. We offer both Tig and Mig welding, sheet metal fabrication, and tube bending.

Vacuum Forming, Rotomolding, and Theromoforming

We offer tooling for short-run pieces in both in-house thermoforming and rotomolding for a variety of materials including solid surface. Our shop has experience and research involving solid surface and has built up extensive knowledge and skill level with the product.

Ceramics

Our studio is set up to create ceramics including intricate mold making, slip casting and kiln firing. We are experienced in ceramic production and have the ability to develop short-run, low volume projects from our in-house facilities.
